Sundays at 9:15 and 10:45 a.m.
All students gather in the Student Ministry Center (SMC) and are then dismissed to their grade-appropriate small groups.
.: Pulse – Wednesdays @ 6:15 p.m. in the SMC
Pulse is our mid-week worship service for students which shatters the myth that church is boring. Through interactive teaching – led by Pastor Deron Henry, a live student band, videos, games, and loads more, students learn the timeless truths of God’s Word and build lasting relationships.
.: Radical Weekend (9th – 12th grades), 3rd weekend in November
Radical Weekend is a biblically-intense weekend. It’s an opportunity for students to take their knowledge of Jesus and His Word to a new and deeper level. Each year students will focus on different characteristics of a radical Christ-follower.
.: DiscipleNow (7th – 12th grades), President’s Day weekend in February
DiscipleNow is a high impact, evangelistic weekend. Students are separated by grade and gender to stay in homes with a small group. Each small group is led by our own college students. There are worship services on Friday and Saturday nights. DNow concludes on Sunday morning after the morning worship services. DNow is an amazing event that has brought about major life changes to many students. You do not want to miss this awesome weekend!
Students serve within the church by helping in various areas such as audio/video support, lighting, puppetry, mission projects, childcare, food service, etc. Contact Mrs. Deb for ways to get involved.
We believe that prayer is an integral part of the Student Ministry. On the right side of the stage in the SMC is a mailbox for students to put prayer requests/praise reports in. There are slips of paper and pencils next to it. If you have a praise report or prayer request, you can put them in at anytime, raise the flag, and we’ll get these and pray for you. You can also contact Pastor Deron or Mrs. Deb directly with prayer requests.
